Assists with the hiring process and trains restaurant staff. Assists with coaching conversations, team building & performance evaluations & reports progress/issues to GM. Supervisory Responsibilities: Assists with overseeing the daily staff schedules including ensuring compliance with meal breaks policies, authorizing overtime & calling in temporary staff if needed. This position is restaurant-based and candidates must have the ability to work an open schedule to flex with business needs, which can include weekends, nights, holidays & additional days. You will serve as a key leader of the operations team and provide valuable input as we scale our organization. This position will report to the General Manager and will collaborate closely with the rest of the store leadership team.
